2009 Fund Raising Ideas

I would like to do Fund Raisers were part of the money goes to the TSDNW account and the other part goes to a local non-profit.
Do you guys like that idea? Are there any local non-profits that you know of that you would like to help?

Car wash in the nice weather.
When we have an ABR event here in Vancouver I would like TSDNW to challenge other car clubs: Who gathered the most food and school supplies? This would help SHARE's Back Pack Program. They fill backpacks full of school supplies and food for low income or homeless children/families.

Also, any clothing with no rips, tears, holes or stains can be donated to SHARE House for Men, Women and Children that are homeless... more later

That's a good idea. You guys should definitley challenge Carfreeks, we're always down to help out. SHARE is a good organization. My family always donates to them at Christmas time for their choose a family to buy presents for program (that's not the offical name of course haha).
